October 1 SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 2005 (Bedford Day Fair)8:30AM –3:00PM: PDS participated in Bedford Day with our booth and Banner being set-up with PDS members manning the booth, for the purpose of generating funds by selling low priced daylilies . We made $1085 and still have some of the better daylilies that were set aside for the "Lily Auction"SUNDAY, JULY 17, 2005 (Daylily Tours): Ellen Laprise, Patsy Cunningham, Kate ReedSUNDAY, JULY 24, 2005(Annual PDS Picnic) at George and Paual Doorakians Sunday, June 26: A clinic for the conversion of diploid daylilies was held at 1:00PM at the Doorakian residence Saturday, May 7: Ellen LaPrise presented "Welcome to Partridge Hill Gardens" , showing pictures of her garden, her hybridizing program, and also donating seedlings and a shirt. April 9: Ellen Laprise's presentation cancelled due to illness. on designing with daylilies. 2003 December- Christmas dinner at Bedford Library November 23, 1PM library- Everyone brought 3 questions for our membership to answer. Pictures of favorite daylilies were brought. September 28- Mary Collier Fisher presented slides from the AHS convention in North Carolina . Future plans for the society were discussed and programs planned September 14 - Society Row sale at Waltham Field Station 10-3PM. Donations of daylilies to benefit society requested.
